After a lot of internal debate... I finally did it...

Patreon. It's lit fam.

Supporting the creative journey... or something like that.

So I was debating, for many many many months.  I had my Patreon account set up and ready to go live for almost 12 months. I have been debating left and right if I should even do a Patreon.

Whats the worst that can happen, someone decides to not support my journey?
Fine.

It's not costing me anything to create the content (initially), so I have nothing to lose. Plus, I figured this is a good way for me to stay on point and provide subscriber and Patreon rewards.

Why a Patreon/Crowdfunding/Twitch?
Patreon is a different way for me to offer additional content to supporters of my music and career.  Twitch is for those that are entertained by my online streaming/video content. 2 different things but existing within the same 3pm universe.

Don't you feel like you're asking for handouts?
This is something I have struggled with my entire career. Asking people to invest their money and or time in my creations. Be it, buying a T-shirt or CD at a show or online ticket sales for an event... I always feel like I am asking or begging for money.  However, a friend recently put this into perspective.

It's much like if you were at a restaurant and had an extremely charismatic server, incredible food, awesome visuals, quality entertainment and a unforgettable phenomenal experience... You would very easily leave at minimum a 20% tip for my bill, for 1 night, 1-3 hours worth of an experience to show appreciation and support to the people that created that evening.

This is no different (aside from not getting amazing food), This is a way for creative people to provide a service to their viewers and listeners, and if the experience and quality is memorable then an investment or percentage of your time and/or money shouldn't be too much to ask for.  (PLUS, It's a heck of a lot cheaper than a steak dinner at a 5 star restaurant).

So what is your goal with this Patreon and Twitch stuff?
To create. Full time. To entertain Full time. To inspire and build a community that support each other and celebrate our diversity and humor on a daily/weekly basis either live on twitch or via discord chat.

Thank you in advance for 1. Reading this and 2. Deciding to support me either via Twitch or on Patreon.

Love ya,
